This story is about a woman who gets a second-chance to do things right after her family betrays her. It also has elements of romance throughout.
This graphic novel had the makings of being a really good story and I was disappointed it wasn't followed through. The art was good and I think the original plot line may have been there. However, the quality control seemed lacking. There were a couple chapters when I read it where the panels got messed up. Also, there was some confusion when I was reading as to what was going on, and some of the transitions between the scenes were rather jarring.
Some of the scenes were interesting and I was drawn into the story enough to read through to the end. It is my hope that someone edits the story so it can be fully enjoyed as originally intended.
Clean Read?
This novel was pretty clean, though there were some suggestive scenes and mild violence.

Has anyone read the novel the comic was based on? I am curious if that is better?
