This story was alright. The concept behind it was fun and I enjoyed that. The girl can read most people's thoughts and sees those thoughts instead of faces. The only thing I would say is that it could have been taken even further, I felt the author could have delved more into the difference aspects of that ability, both pros and cons.
The genre of the story was romance and it was a cute love story with a basic sort of love development. I liked both of the main characters but I wouldn't say I was overly invested in either of them. This was a story I read at the end of a long day to just decompress and take a simple journey with the characters to see what happened next.
I would say I recommend the story, but I would definitely have preferred more depth overall.
